Paul Sozio is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and now lives in Leavenworth, Washington with his amazing fiancé and two dogs. When he’s not skiing, climbing, hiking, trail running, mountain biking, or getting out on a SUP, he’s usually plotting his next adventure (like this past summer’s epic road trip through northwestern Argentina). Paul spent about a decade in market and product research and product strategy, but recently left the more traditional path to pursue a career as a full-time chef.
