In addition to helping with gear reviews, Theresa Tran is Better Trail’s data and behind-the-scenes pro, and Gen-Z champ for all things related to the nuts and bolts of the website. She graduated from the University of Washington magna cum laude, with a double degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering and Psychology, and spent her post-grad years working in UX in San Francisco before coming to Better Trail. Theresa calls Seattle, Washington home, which is a good place to live as a volcano enthusiast (one of Theresa’s fondest outdoor memories is watching an active volcano eruption in Iceland, complete with bright orange lava).
